It’s no secret Florida does more than just pump out oranges! Maybe it’s something in the water, but the southern state is home to countless young artists trying to make a name for themselves. Today, I want to showcase the young talent going by the name of Skodi! Skodi, although being a Florida native, her sound is very unique, and fresh from what the sunshine state is currently offering. Recently dropping her 3 song EP entitled Corner Store Chronicles: The Prequel. My favorite track off the project so far has to be “BACK”. I’ve had this track on repeat while driving to work for the past week. The production on “BACK” is so infectious, the hard hitting 8’s paired with Skodi’s calm and airy vocals blend perfectly together.
