An artist that I’m sure you haven’t heard of yet is 19 year old Alaska-native Leesta. I’ve personally been a fan of Leesta’s art for the last two years and it’s been exciting to watch him grow as an artist and as a person.
Leesta just dropped an emotional banger titled ‘Numb Heart’ which is produced by Glazer. The way that he speaks the truth within his music is something that I’ve always respected about Leesta as well as his versatility in the music scene.
On this track, he pays more attention to his vocals as he’s able to stretch his vocals and sing very well. His wordplay is absolutely outstanding as well because I don’t see some of these signed/mainstream artists having as much talent as him.
Leesta is a hidden gem and I guarantee you that when his music gets into the right hands, he’s bound for big success. He’s arguably the most slept-on artist and I’m still surprised he hasn’t blown up.
