Literally my favorite thing in the world is sharing good music, from artists that are just starting out. And the artist I’m covering today, going by the name of Lucas, is exactly that! I’m not exactly sure where Lucas resides, but… I’m assuming it’s someplace that has palm trees, because his new cut “zizou” is the lead single off his up-coming project titled Palm Trees and Fake Smiles. I’m already looking forward to the projects release, but Lucas’s new single is definitely helping tie me over until then. This new single from Lucas drew me in within the first 20 seconds of track time. The sample, the delivery, and the confidence in Lucas’s vocals…it’s the recipe for a hit. The whole cut is a mellow vibe, that induces this feel good energy.
