Jasiah – War

Ohio native Jasiah, has been making an impact on the scene for 2 years now. With hit records like “Crisis” and “Case 19”. Jasiah has been making a name for himself and is performing at Rolling Loud Miami 2021. Jasiah is very talented and is able to sing in very different tones, check out his interview with Montreality if you want to hear him sing opera!

My first thoughts when listening to “war” was that this is nothing new. The songs were all sonically made to perfection but there wasn’t anything that we haven’t heard before. “Zit” was head banging and had the legendary artist Pouya featuring. Pouya came in and carried, his style and flow is obviously much different than Jasiahs but the two together was smooth.

Rolling into “In n out” feat. TheHxliday & Rico Nasty, this record was similar to most of Jasiahs songs. TheHxliday went off on his verse, he isn’t missing right now. Rico Nasty needs off this record, all love to her but this was not for her at all. Fans are not rocking with her on this one at all. Just not the sound that she fits on, think the Jasiah team forgot their demographic isn’t listening to Rico like that.

“Surfs Up”, Jasiah is coming for your neck on this. Definitely my favorite song from this album. The beat was fun and easy to vibe to. If you read the lyrics before listening to this you would be completely fooled. The production sends this into a different dimension, this song is for your buddies headed to the summer kick back for sure.

Nascar Aloe makes an appearance in the warzone on “Unintelligible” this record is all over the place. Released 3 months ago with visuals, “Unintelligible” made it onto the album. Fans loved this song, definitely isn’t my vibe. I really like it when I can tell what’s going on, that is just me though. I can see why Jasiah fans are really resonating with this song. Those fans love this type of flow and grunge sound. Jasiah and Nascar Aloe are really going to shake things up once they can tour and have shows. Nascar Aloe is an artist that really puts on a performance for the crowd.

This album has been performing well on DSP’s and has been well received by fans. The Jasiah cult is really rocking with this project.
