Making their first appearance on Grooverelly is an artist that I am sure you have been familiar with before, whether it be from watching his reactions videos on YouTube or just from his natural talent at making music.
The artist that we are introducing today is Dallas-based artist “MAJ.” MAJ is always someone that has been creating buzz in the music scene since 2018 when he was releasing hits with Nick Mira (co-founder of Internet Money). Today we are going to talk about his newest released single titled “Peach Crush” which features a very thriving artist named Thehxliday.
This is MAJ’s first single ever since he left Def Jam records just a couple months ago. About a month ago, he dropped a 21 track project which really shows who MAJ really is.
On another note, MAJ was featured on Eminem’s latest album “Music To Be Murdered By – Side B,” on the track titled “These Demons.”
On this recently released single, which is produced by Bugzronin, MAJ really shows his emotions in this track. With a very mellow production, it’s not hard to miss what he is singing about and how dark this song really is. MAJ’s music is always known to be on the darker side of the spectrum, with very honest bars and the mention of drugs and suicide.
Thehxliday did an amazing job with his verse, complimenting both the beat and MAJ’s hook and verse. The way that these two bounce off from each other very smoothly just shows how much of an amazing track this is.
