Someone who is making major buzz in the hyperpop music scene is an 18 year old artist from Australia by the name of Daine. I’m sure you’ve heard her most recently released song titled “Bloody Knees”, which was her last outing in late 2020.
She just recently released a single titled “boys wanna txt”, which feature well known artist ericdoa. This song strays far from her latest release with a much more uptempo beat, which is co-produced by Ryan Jacob and Dylan Brady from 100 gecs.
The way that Daine is able to execute this beat is flawless with a very catchy hook and amazing vocals. The build up of the beat and the way she is still able to maneuver her voice and make it heard is beautiful.
After a very great verse, ericdoa comes on board for the second verse of the song and the way that these two compliment each other makes a perfect duo.
