Juice Wrld’s relationship with social media influencer Ally Lotti was very public along with his long-term battle with addiction to prescription medication. The lyrics show his love and appreciation for the support she showed as he battled his own demons.
“Cigarettes” can also have a second meaning. The drugs themselves provide addicts with a sense of love and support that the users sometimes cannot feel from other people. Drugs and alcohol can provide a cure for loneliness and a sense of unconditional support that becomes an addicting comfort.
