Blayne B. Creates Endless Bliss with “Ecstasy”

We are all familiar with the famous red pill or blue pill scene in the Matrix. To summarize, Neo is given a decision by Morpheous, to enter an uncertain future or be locked in a beautiful prison… With this in mind, choosing to watch the “Ecstasy” music video takes you to a matrix created by a rising Kansas-based Indie popstar that is a legend in the making. “Blayne B.” or better known as Blayne Buehler outside of music, has never let off the gas pedal since graduating from Great Bend High School in 2017. He has created viral moments with multiple songs garnering the attention from TikTok users, underground bloggers like myself and has been noticed by record labels or music/YouTube influencers like HIVEMIND. His sound is truly one-of-a-kind but can draw comparisons to Juice WRLD or an up-tempo ILOVEMAKONNEN.

Ecstasy is the title of Blayne’s latest and greatest visual/audio offering. The music video acts like a short film, beginning with sensationally glowing lights accenting the imagery. Blayne appears in a furry monster hat. It slightly resembles that of Sulley from the Monsters Inc. movie(s). In a rush of intoxicating energy, a woman wearing a butterfly top appears along with a very mysterious pill, then we are transported further down the rabbit hole. As the video twists, turns and entertains Blayne’s lyrics evoke a story.

“I tried to find what’s best from me, but I can’t blame anyone except for me.”

This is echoed throughout the visuals. Especially when the fog of a bathroom mirror exposes the true monster within Blayne. When we fail at finding what is best for us, we need to go back to the drawing board and reflect on what we really need.

“Ecstasy – tearin’ my soul apart are messed up things.”

Blayne, in fact, creates audible ecstasy with the most comfortable and epic pauses in the industry. As the psychedelic instrumental progresses alongside his triumphant vocals, you might say serotonin is increased, as the listener drifts away in an endless bliss.
